Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! And eat ALL the food you could possibly fit in those bellies! haha I proudly cooked the meal for my family this easter, with LOTS to offer! Turkey, ham, kielbasa, potatoes, stuffing, etc, etc, etc! SOoOo much food! But I did try something new for this holiday dinner, and I wanted to make sure that I shared it with all of you. Oven roasted green beans...MmMmMm! So...grab your aprons and hold on to your chef hats! We're gunna get cookin' up something good :)
Oven Roasted Green Beans
2. Heat oven and cookie sheet to 400 degrees. Remove cookie sheet from oven and drizzle with remaining 1/2 Tbs. olive oil. Pour green beans onto cookie sheet and spread out so that they are in an even layer. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

- 1 lb. fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed (frozen if you prefer)
- 1 1/2 tbs. olive oil, divided
- 2 tsp. salt, preferably coarse sea salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/3 of an onion, chopped (powder if you prefer)
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder (fresh if you prefer)
